Some days she doesn’t want to take pictures and some days she does. This day, it was one of the days that she DID NOT. Its such a hard thing as a photographer to take photos of your own kids even though you’d think it wasn’t. It was cold and it was 5:00. She was tired, I was tired but of course I wanted to play. After a few minutes of her getting distracted, something changed.. Maybe it was the wind, maybe it was the lollipop I promised her. Either way, she held on for at least 10 minutes and I was able to capture some amazing images right when the sun went down… Sunset, my FAVORITE time of day.
